Information:
Our goal is to make your companions' transport
as stress free as possible. Beforehand preparation allows us to be advised of any potential problems before we arrive. This
will make the experience for you and your horse/companion a gratifying trip with less anxiety. We will provide you with
several phone numbers keeping you in touch with us at all times during the transport.
You will need to have your paperwork ready upon
our arrival, to include Health Certificates (not to exceed 30 days), Coggins test, Brand inspections, etc.
A Halter and lead line
will be required for transport.
Any extra items, such as tack or trunks will need to be labeled and a list of items provided
to the driver.
Supplying hay that your horse is used to eating is recommended, and be prepared to supply at least a
bale of hay/per horse for the trip, more may be required for longer trips.
We recommend discontinuing grain or rich feed
prior to transport, probably 24 hours would be sufficient.
We prefer that you do not transport with shipping boots or wraps
because they can become uncomfortable and cause unneeded stress for your horse causing them to kick at them during their ride.
